pfBlockerNG Successfully Setup

I used this: https://www.tecmint.com/install-configure-pfblockerng-dns-black-listing-in-pfsense/ and adapted it to the latest version available as an app. Adapting shouldn’t be difficult.

I’m now blocking a ridiculous amount of domains and IPs that have no business connecting to my box. I have an explicit block on China, Russia, North Korea, Brazil, and a number of Middle Eastern countries that probably don’t have my best interest at heart. I’m also blocking a whole subset of ad-based addresses, and I’m looking to explicitly deny Facebook’s Pixel system.

GTFO, Zuckerberg.

Grioghar "Greg" Thomas-Baldwin likes to (formally) Powerlift, read comics, watch movies, jam to Bastard Pop, and hang out with his wife and kids when he's not working at The Starlite Drive-In making customers move their cars and high-fiving the kiddos. Then, he likes to write about all that, tech schtuff, and more, here, and elsewhere, under a few pseudonyms.
