The Greatest Feeling

Some might say orgasm. A mind-blowing sneeze. Love.

They would all be wrong.

Let me set the scene: it’s 10 degrees outside. Your vehicle is warming up. You’ve stepped outside, and immediately your body starts shutting down. You get in the car, and you crank the heater up. Placing your hand that’s not driving against the vent, the color starts to come back.

Then it happens.

The sleeve of your coat opens. It hangs, agape. The hot air begins pushing past the opening, hearing the forearm, the elbow, and filling your coat. You become a hot air balloon, the warmth filling the whole of your body.

This. This is it.

Grioghar "Greg" Thomas-Baldwin likes to (formally) Powerlift, read comics, watch movies, jam to Bastard Pop, and hang out with his wife and kids when he's not working at The Starlite Drive-In making customers move their cars and high-fiving the kiddos. Then, he likes to write about all that, tech schtuff, and more, here, and elsewhere, under a few pseudonyms.
